Walang Pay Slip
Wala pong Pay Slip na ipinamamahagi ang kumpanya namin, kya wala po kaming batayan sa mga unexpected deductions. Ano po ba ang maaari naming gawin ukol dito?

Mag-request kayo. Then kung ayaw magbigay, at least, may batayan na kayo para magsampa ng reklamo base sa labor law kung saan bansa kayo nagtatrabaho. You have to identify which particular provision in labor law that non-issuance of payslip is unlawful. Otherwise, walang nilalabag na batas ang employer ninyo kung hindi siya required by the (labor) law.

inform your company that you need a copy of Salary slip / payslip because;
Pay slips are not only a legal document of employee. every employee are entitle to received their payslips every time they received Salary either every week, every 2nd week, or every month for a number of future uses as reference. Salary slip / Pay slip are important documents to the employee, the regular salary slip being evidence of trust between employee and employer.
