follow-up question who will shoulder the re-medical if if its already expired?

since my visa is already expired bec. the agency keep on telling me every time i follow-up within this week u'll fly..but then untill now they are not deploying us incase the employer ask for re-medical who will shoulder the cost? is it the applicant or the employer?since they were the one who caused the delay of flight. i need your suggestion pls. help me..

Of course, any additional cost needed due to the delay should be shouldered by the one who cause the delay. And in your case, it is your employer – both for the cost for visa renewal and medical (in case you will be required to take exam again).
