policy to work back in ksa for runaway worker

please kindly send me in detailed the ksa policy for runaway worker and where and how can i verify in ksa that my ban was lifted and i can work back there. becuse our saudi embassy here has no record .
your substanial advice is highly appreciated.

	I don't think that Saudi Arabia will publish their policy with regards to runaway worker. But there is a reliable process to check whether you are ban, or not, or it has been lifted up. Try to look for a new employer. And when they apply visa for you, that is the time you (and your employer) will know whether you can enter the kingdom again or not.



	Kung ikaw ay Runaway worker ng mahigit 2 years na at hindi ka pa na kapag Fingerprint maaari mong subukang mag apply kapag na ipangalan sa iyo ang Working Visa ng iyong bagong employer ibig sabihin lamang na wala kang record sa Jawasat dahil kapag may violations ang isang expat, iche-check sa computer ang iyong pangalan at malalaman ang history ng iyong pamamalagi sa kaharian. Subalit kung ikaw naman ay nakapag Fingerprint na... dito medyo 50/50 na ang kalagayan dahil lahat ng iyong inpormasyon ay nakatala na sa kanilang network dito madali nang matetrace kung ikaw ay takas o may exit re-entry visa. dahil lahat ng iyong inpormasyon ay naka rekord na sa kanilang computer network ng ministry.
