What are my chances of getting hired by overseas empployers?
What are my chances of getting hired by overseas employers? I\'m 49 yo, single, rich in work experience here in the Phils, in the sales/marketing/beauty and personal care fields. I've applied to several job vacancies online at workabroad.com, reached employers' final interviews but only to declined of getting hired because they prefer to hire the younger applicant, even with lesser experience.
