i would like to ask if what are the things that i need to ask from my employer before my exit aside from Employment cert..?thanks for any immediate answer

In Saudi, Some people are mentioning \'bout NOC, but I don\'t know if its really that important. If you\'re exit then you\'re free of any obligation to your previous employer.

1. Payments of final benefits End of Service Benefits(ESB) in accordance with Articles 84, including unused vacation days as per Article 111.
2. Service certificate (Employment Certificate) in accordance with Article 64.1. Also as per Article 40.
3. The company shall bear the cost of Airline Ticket going back to point of origin.
4. Make sure the visa stamped to your passport is EXIT only.

kung ikaw ay nagtratrabaho bilang:
1. Trabahador sa negosyong pag-aari ng pamilya na binubuo lamang ng miyembro ng pamilya;
2. Manggagawa na nagtatrabaho sa pastulan o pagbubukid maliban sa:
a. mga taong nagtatrabaho sa itinatag na agrikultura na pansariling produksyon; at
b. mga taong may pirmihang kasunduan sa pagpapaandar o pagkukumpuni ng mechanical na aparato na kinakailangan sa agrikultura.
1. Mga kasambahay (HOUSEHOLD WORKERS; family driver, domestic helper, family cook, family dressmaker at private nurse) at mga taong itinuturing bilang isa (ART. 3, SLL)

ibig sabihin lamang na ikaw ay walang makukuhang end of service award o benipisyo mula sa iyong employer.
