Requirements:
Group 1: Minimum Entry Requirements
5-10 years relevant proven experience in oil and gas industry (preferably in LNG plant)
Relevant professional diploma and/or industry standard training
Experienced and skilled in HSE standards and work practices
Knowledge of HSE management system
Good English communication skills
Computer literate
Ability to work with culturally diverse teams
Group 2: Minimum Entry Requirements
5-10 years relevant proven experience in oil and gas industry (preferably in LNG plant)
Higher national diploma or equivalent qualification
Experienced and skilled in HSE standards and work practices
Ability to work independently and sound knowledge of related systems and procedures
Good English communication skills
Ability to motivate staff of diverse backgrounds and build team efficiency
Computer literate, SAP knowledge is an advantage
Group 3: Minimum Entry Requirements
5-15 years relevant proven experience in oil and gas industry (preferably in LNG plant)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
Experienced and skilled in HSE standards and work practices
Relevant experience covering one or more of the following areas: project management, front-end design, design and engineering, procurement, construction or maintenance, shut down leadership, commercial and contracts engineering.
Ability to communicate fluently in English on complex issues
Computer literate and well verse in Microsoft Office as well as specialist functional software as require by the position (s), SAP knowledge is an advantage
Group 4: Minimum Entry Requirements
Over 10 years relevant proven experience in oil and gas industry (preferably in LNG plant)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
Experienced and skilled in HSE standards and work practices
Proven leadership skills in field of work
Proven experience in managing projects in the order of USD 60 million
Computer literate, SAP knowledge is an advantage
Good English communication skills
Well developed mentoring, coaching & staff development skills
