Updates on Overseas Absentee Voting: New Enlistment Schedules

To increase the number of registrants for the Overseas Absentee Voting (OAV), the Commission on Elections and the Department of Foreign Affairs wishes to inform Filipinos working and living abroad that there will be special mobile and field registrations.  Some of the enlistment schedules are sponsored by organizations of Filipino communities abroad.

 

Take note of the special registration schedules below:

 

Taiwan- To run until August 31 particularly in Taipei, Kaoshiung, and Taichung. Targets to accommodate 15,000 registrants.

 

Taiwan- To run until August 31 particularly in Hsinchu, Taoyuan, sinjuang, and Hualien. Targets to accommodate 1,100 registrants.

 

Brunei- To run until August 31 particularly in Brunei Muara, Kuala Belait (Seia), Jerudong, and Tutong. Targets to accommodate almost 2,000 registrants.

 

Nigeria- From August 21 -23, in Nigeria, particularly in Ghana and Togo. Targets to accommodate 300 registrants.

 

Saudi Arabia - To run until August 31, particularly in the area of the International Philippine School in Al Khobar.

 Till August 31 lang poh ba ala na po ba extension kasi me and many of may friends here d pa poh naka pag register kasi poh sobrang busy sa work i think nga ka company din poh ng mga friends koh dito di rin poh naka pag register last week nga lang we had a topic if there is any extension kasi sa bilang bilang namin mga 350 din na mga ka work nila ang di parin naka pag register kasi there working at the saudi arabian airlines then napaka busy at irregular then ang sched nila hopefully mag ka extension... thanks and more power... - Julius Cesar Lasangre
