Emergency Unit in KSA To Hire 300 Medical Workers

Saudi Red Crescent Authority, a government owned medical institution in Saudi Arabia announced their need of a total of 300 medical interns through Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) website.

 

The SRCA said that they will need 200 nurses/paramedics and 100 physicians. The application for the said position starts last November 13, 2009.

 

The qualifications for the following positions are as follows:

 

Nurses/Paramedics

 

  • Male not more than 50 years old.
  • Must hold a diploma in BS Nursing and/or certification for paramedic training.
  • Must hold a license authorize by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)
  • High School diploma
  • Must have worked as a member of an emergency support or ambulance team.
  • Mastery of resuscitation techniques and medications

 

Physicians

 

  • Must be a specialists in Emergency Medicine, General Surgery, Traumatology, Anesthesia and Intensive Care)
  • Male not more than 50 years old.
  • Must hold a license authorized by the PRC
  • With at least 2 year experience/training in Emergency Medicine and Intensive Care

 

Interested Filipino nurses and physicians must personally submit the following documents in a long folder:

 

  • Comprehensive and latest resume with job description
  • Photocopy of school credentials (Transcript of records and college and high school diploma)
  • Employment certificates (old and latest)
  • Photocopy of the first page of the passport
  • 6 pieces of 2x2 pictures taken within 10 days before the application.

 

All requirements must be submitted at the Manpower Registry Division, Window I, ground floor, Blas F. Ople Building (Formerly POEA Bldg.), Ortigas Avenue corner EDSA, Mandaluyong City.

 

The SRCA which is a pioneer institution which gives emergency response and first aid support in Saudi Arabia prefers Filipino workers as they find Filipino nurses and physicians dedicated and competitive for their craft.
