Work Abroad Without A Cost: Job Openings With No Placement Fee

There is this notion among Filipinos that if you want to work abroad, you have to prepare a great sum of money so you can pay for your placement fee. It is true to some extent because the Philippine government allows recruitment agencies to charge applicants with placement and processing fees. However the placement fee should only be equivalent to the workers' one month salary. An applicant will only be asked to pay a fee if he or she has been interviewed by the employer, been hired and already signed an employment contract.
Applicants are reminded to demand an official receipt from the agency after paying the placement fee because it is a proof that you have given money to the agency. And after giving payment, you can expect to fly out of the country and start working within three months.
Still the placement fee should not be the jobseekers' main concern in the application process because there are a lot of agencies that send Filipino workers abroad without asking for a placement fee. There are also foreign countries that require its citizens to shoulder the placement fee of foreign workers that they intend to hire.

I apply in work abroad and this agency contact me. They ask me to apply in person and give my requirements as well as my original passport (the man says they will xerox it) and when they find out I know how to drive they want me to apply as a lady driver at first i think about it and im so desperate to get a job i say yes . they ask me to have my medical , i passed my medical and charged me 4500 the 1500php is for the medical and the 300ophp is a bond fee if ever i want to back out i cant get it so i said ok.. so after a week they say i have a employer so i say ok i haven't heard for about 2 weeks then i say i wnat to back out at that moment they say my visa is there so i go there and they want me to pay 9000php as a placement fee .. when i come back again to sign a paper they say that i need to pay 19000php as my placement fee an di said why they say it was a one month salary and after another day they want me to pay them 34000php as my placement fee and processing fee they been holding me because of this and they say i will nee dto pat this before i will fly but my employer calling em saying i should not pay them this because he already pay it in the agency in uae .. i dont know what to do and i dont have the money to pay this agency please help me what to do - A Simple One
