Filipino Au Pairs needed in Switzerland

Switzerland, a country with stable, modern and one of the most capitalist economies in the world and one of Europe’s wealthiest country is in need of Filipino Au Pairs to look after the children of Swiss employer as well as provide light housekeeping.
 
Qualified applicants should be single, ages between 18-25 years old, at least high school graduate and certified to have attended the OWWA Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) for au pairs.
 
Interested applicants can apply through agency only, please be advice that direct or name hiring of Filipino au pairs is strictly prohibited since the Swiss Federal Office of Migration (FOM) said that au pairs can be recruited only through individuals duly authorized by FOM.
 
The contract of the hired au pairs should indicate the monthly allowance, duration of contract, regular working hours, regular schooling hours with allowance for public transport, regular day(s) off, free airfare to and from the Philippines, worker custody of her passport, responsibilities of the au pair, responsibilities of the Swiss employer, food and accommodation, insurance coverage – health and accident, vacation/sick leave, termination of contract and dispute settlement between the au pair and the employer.
 
Qualified applicants will not shoulder the placement fee and recruitment costs, it is the Swiss employer’s responsibility to pay the au pair’s visa fee, airfare, POEA processing fee, OWWA membership contribution and training, if required by the employer.
