The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) formulates manpower and skills plans, sets appropriate skills standards and tests, coordinates and monitors manpower policies and programs, and provides policy directions and guidelines for resource allocation for the TVET (technical-vocational education and training system) institutions in both the private and public sectors.


TESDA Women's Center
The TESDA Women's Center is the newest addition to the TESDA Complex. One of its functions include training so they are
opening their doors to all women who want to prove their worth. They welcome women who want to acquire more knowledge, enhance their technical capabilities and chart their own destiny.
