EUREKA’s guiding philosophy can probably be best described by the way it deals with both applicants and employers.   For the company, the satisfaction of both clients and applicants is paramount.  Where tradeoffs are necessary to balance the demands of the employers with those of the applicants, a healthy compromise is often sought.  EUREKA is proud to be one of the Philippine leaders in the commitment of human resources throughout the world, ensuring maximum value for our clients.

Apart from maintaining a leading position in the current labor market EUREKA’s thrust is geared towards exploring new markets in other parts of the world in response to emerging demands in this New Millennium.  This thrust necessitates priming for globalization of human resources development, which has been the recent trend, as well as keeping abreast of developments and concepts concerning further development of this primary resource.   As the New Millennium dawn breaks, EUREKA has adapted itself to an environment expected in this epoch for the benefit of both the Employers and applicants.
