Qualifications and requirements:  

• Male/female, 21 to 35 years old, at least with vocational diploma/short course certificate

• with pleasing personality and good communication skills

• with at least one-year related experience handling similar capacity in a 3 to 5- star hotel/fine dining restaurants or reputable bars

• must have experience in cocktail and mocktail mixing

• latest related experience should not be more than 2 years ago

•  shipboard experience is preferred but not required

30 Chef de Partie - Bakers

Qualifications and requirements:

• Male, 21 years old and above, at least with vocational diploma/short course certificate

• with at least one-year related experience handling similar capacity in a 5-star hotel or with shipboard experience

•  shipboard experience is preferred but not required

30 Cooks (all levels)
