Money claims arising from employer-employee-relationship such as unpaid wages, breach of contract and illegal dismissal

 

Where to get legal assistance:

  • Migrant Worker’s Desk
  • National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC)
  • NLRC Regional Offices where the complainant resides
