Requirements

  • Comprehensive Resume with digitized photo (hard and soft copy)
  • 2pcs 2x2 photo
  • Copy of Diploma
  • Copy of Transcript of Record
  • NBI Clearance
  • Copy of Training Certificate
  • Copy of Certificate of Employment
  • Passport Copy

Fees

Basically, Mabuhay is a non-fee charging agency, however, in some placements, applicants were asked to pay for fees allowed by POEA, such as one month salary as placement fee and processing expenses mentioned in its rules and regulations.

 

Application Process

  1. Preliminary interview and submission of requirements
  2. Final interview with employer
  3. Medical and trade testing once finally accepted by the employer
  4. Processing of travel documents upon receipt of visa from employer
  5. Pre-departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS)
  6. Departure

 

Here is the state-of-the art Staff Selection and Search process of the Mabuhay:

1.      Survey of the specifications and requirements of each position in terms of functions, qualifications, experiences and personality traits;

2.      A shortlist of candidates for a position will be provided within a minimum of fifteen (15) days after the agreement has been signed;

3.      Recruitment of candidates from any or all three (3) sources:

a.      Advertisement - if needed, Mabuhay will draft any and all advertisements and shall submit the same to the company together with the advertising schedule prior to media placement

b.      Talent Bank Search - Mabuhay has the biggest pool of candidates for different specializations;

c.      Special Executive Search - Mabuhay can utilize appropriate and ethical procedures to locate and present the best candidates for highly sensitive positions

4.      Preliminary screening interview

5.      Further-in-depth interviews and psychological testing of appropriate candidates.

6.      Preparation of appraisal reports for short-listed candidates

7.      Initial reference checks on all shortlist candidates

8.      Ranking of short-listed candidates according to potentials and experiences

9.      Arrangement of interviews with your company and guidance on final selection

10.  Notification to all candidates on final selection.
