History

Mabuhay Personnel and Management Services Inc. (Mabuhay) was established in 1978 as one of the pioneers in the manpower recruitment industry. For over 25 years, it has deployed thousands of Filipinos in the Middle Fast, Europe, USA, and Asia.

Mabuhay is the first land-based/promotions recruitment company certified to ISO 9001:2000 in the Philippines by TÛV Product Service Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. 

The company is duly licensed by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) and the Department of Labor and Employment (DoLE). Mabuhay is also one of the pioneering members of the Philippine Association of Service Exporters, Inc. (PASEI). The PASEI is the largest land-based recruitment industry association in the Philippines with a membership base of over 500 agencies, and the Philippine Entertainment Exporters and Promoters Association (PEEPA).
