The company name BECMAN was derived from the initials of its president and founder, Benilda C. Mendoza and from the phase “Best Classified Men.” It started as a single proprietor and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a stock corporation in 1987, then finally licensed by the Philippine Overseas and Employment Administration.
BECMEN assured the well-being of workers before deploying. They conduct an in-house pre-employment orientation seminar to assess the level of physical and mental preparedness of the applicant in working abroad and ensure that they are deploying the very best people.
Thousands of successful workers have been deployed by BECMEN to many satisfied clientele abroad. These workers usually stay with their employer for quiet long years so they were able to own house and lot and send their children to school.
