Application Process
Applicants can download the biodata at the BMC website. After filling out the form, bring it to BMC main office. The steps below are the systematic way of the recruitment process:
- Applicants submit credentials
- Recruitment Assistant (RA) conducts preliminary interview
- Applicants undergo skills and psychological test, if necessary.
- RA prepares shortlist of preliminary interview passers
- RA conducts background verification on the candidates
- Preliminary orientation is given to applicants for the final interview
- Employer conducts final interview
- Employment offer is made to successful candidates
- Candidates undergo medical examination
- Candidates obtain their passport, NBI clearance and other documents
- POEA processing
- Visa stamping at the embassy
- Booking of flight
- Pre-departure orientation (DO’s and DONT’s per country destination); airline procedure; employment contract; duties and responsibilities as contract workers; about Bison Management, POEA and other institutions; arrival procedures in the destination country
