As much as possible, Andrews, Inc. does not charge its applicants with placement fees. In cases when the employers are unable to shoulder the placement fee, AMCI negotiates with the employers to have the placement fees covered through salary deduction thereby making it easy for the applicants to find gainful employment abroad. All concessions that AMCI gains from the employers are passed on as benefits and savings to its applicants as they are no longer required to pay any placement fees.
