Q: What is your stand in the ongoing impeachment trial of Chief Justice Corona?
Corona is guilty of all the charges against him.
Corona is not guilty, just a victim of a conspiracy.
I have no interest in the impeachment trial of Corona.

HRD Consultants and Multiservices: Actively Protects the Worker’s Interests

Aug 1, 2007

HRD Consultants and Multiservices Inc. was established/founded in October of 1999 by its former chairman, Ramon O. Estrella. It is initially a management/consultancy company before converting its primary purpose of incorporation to manpower recruitment. The operation is now headed by its President/General Manager, Nora Braganza. The HRD started by sending healthcare workers to USA and Asia.

HRD has expanded their operations by developing new markets for skilled and professional workers. Today, HRD is among the very few agencies that send skilled/technical/professional personnel abroad, without charging fees from applicants

HRD aims to be the leading professional and ethical organization. By doing their job effectively and by fulfilling their mission, HRD wants to improve the lives of Filipino families and our country's economy as well. HRD is certain that most of the applicants they sent abroad became gainfully employed, and together with their families enjoy a better quality of life.

The HRD agency supply Filipino manpower in various parts of the world like Japan, Algeria, Madagascar, USA, Israel, and Taiwan. They deploy skilled workers and professionals like IT Engineers, Analog Circuit Designers,  Mechatronic Engineers, H.E. Operators (Bulldozer,  Crane, Dump truck, Backhoe), Civil Engineers, Crushing Plant Manager, Electricians, Crane Operators, Welders, Staff Nurses, Caregivers, and Domestic Helpers.

For interested applicants, HRD cites some requirements of different countries in some professions:

All skilled workers for Japan must have more than 2 years of related experience

Skilled workers for Africa (Algeria/Madagascar) must have 5 - 10 yrs experience

Nurses for USA must be a CGFNS or NCLEX & IELTS passer

Household workers must have at least 100 hrs of skills training, if not ex-abroad and must not be younger than 23 years old.

Applicants get a better deal with HRD because they are an ethical company that recognizes the need to protect not just the interests of our agency & clients, but also of our workers. One proof is that the placement and processing fees of their skilled workers for Japan and Africa are paid for by the Principals and are not deducted from the workers' salaries.

HRD also recognize the workers' rights to information by providing free briefing/orientation at the start of application, about the overseas employment procedures (pre/post-deloyment policies), including advises on what are legally acceptable or not in terms of fees and employment conditions, etc. Applicants will use and carry these information wherever they go, even when they opt to transfer their application to other agencies.

It is a standard operating procedure (SOP) at HRD to have the departing workers meet and receive Final Briefing from their executive officers before they are actually deployed. HRD continue to give assistance and support even after applicants are deployed.
