The Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) reminded all nurses who aspires to work in the said countries to be careful in dealing with recruiters. The warning was issued by POEA after receiving reports from the Philippine Embassy in Ottawa Canada that there are a number of Filipino nurses who were victimized by a nurse recruiting agent named AGERICO CASEY GABRiEL (a.k.a. Casey Gabriel).
