Basic Tasks:
Built and construct using different kinds of woods such as ply wood, lumbers, wallboard to make a strong structure.
Built and construct according to the design, layout and blueprints.
Repair or reconstruct damage wood portion
Deal with Engineers and foreman regarding with the structure they will make.
Estimate the portion or the area to work on.
Examine the woods to be use.
Education and Training Requirements:
At least high school graduate or take a vocational course in carpentry in any institutes accredited by TESDA.
Must have at least 3-5 years experience in construction.

Salary of Carpenters ranges from PhP200- PhP300 per hour
Overseas Employment:
USA- USD3, 083 or PhP144, 084 a month
Canada-CAD22.00 or PhP863 per hour
Oman- OMR269.00 or PhP32, 653 a month
Australia-AUD2, 656 or PhP87, 462 a month
Skills and Competency Requirements:
Must have broad knowledge on construction industry.
Knowledge in different kinds of woods and how to utilize it
Know how to construct, repair damage wood portions
Knowledge on engineering skills, measuring length, sizes and does estimations.
Must have strong built to carry heavy loads
Can follow directions accurately and easy.

Working Environment:
