For OFWs in US: Schedule of Consular Services for 2012

The Philippine Consulate General based in
Through the consular services, Filipinos in
- Apply or renew Philippine passport,
- legalize documents such as affidavits, powers of attorney, deeds and other legal instruments,
- request documents from Civil Registry such as birth, marriage and death certificates,
- apply for Dual Citizenship and
- Register for Overseas Absentee Voting (OAV).

- Photocopy of the data/photopage of the latest Philippine passport
- Copy of the

The Philippine Consulate General also wish to inform Filipinos that for payment for their services, they only accepts cash, money order, bank draft, or cashier’s checks that are made payable to the Philippine Consulate General for the services rendered.
