History
ADM's Provisional License was issued on 02 June 2004, and within the second half of that year, it has deployed a total of 169 Filipino Overseas Contract Workers to varied employers in Kuwait and Lebanon.

During that short duration of operation, it has obtained its Upgraded License from POEA, and in the point of view of ADM, its success is the opportunity to "make Filipino dreams come true".
ADM has conducted exploratory meetings with several private entities who are likewise in the manpower recruitment. These would entail ADM to source, recruit, screen and process doctors of medicine, registered nurses, practicing teachers and caregivers for the US, Canada, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Finally, it has touched base with an employer in Indonesia that will be requiring positions with oil field onshore experience, Engineering Services, Procurement and Management, Construction Supervision, Contract Management, Construction Equipment Management and Construction Execution Services.
