The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh announces the schedule of Consular Outreach Missions or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) for 2014.

The following are the schedule of the “Embassy on Wheels” for the calendar year 2014.

*Passport services only

Passport applicants are advised to schedule an appointment via the embassy's website. This way, applicants have the option to pick his/her preferred time and date of going to the embassy for passport renewal.

The Embassy reminds passport applicants to make sure they have a valid e-mail address where they can receive and confirm their appointment. Applicants are also advised to avoid multiple bookings to let other applicants secure their own appointment schedule.

Online appointments for a particular EOW will be opened 2 months before its scheduled conduct.

Note:

The Embassy will adhere to the schedule provided that the venues and dates are approved by the host government for each outreach consular mission. Changes in this regard shall be announced/ posted in the website at the soonest possible time.

The regular EOW will cater to the following consular services:

• Passport renewal;

• New passport for newborn babies;

• Passport releasing;

• Lost passport application;

• Notarial and authentication services; and

• Report of Birth registration.
