Australia Needs OFWs’ Skills

In the first International Labor Opportunities Forum held at the Philippine International Convention Center, Ms. Peta Dunn of the Australian Embassy spoke about the labor opportunities in the Australian region.
She discussed the Migration Occupations in Demand List (MODL). The MODL contains the occupations currently experiencing national shortage. This includes health professionals, engineers, and trades people.
The following is the current list of occupations in demand for migration purposes (MODL) as of November 2005:
