Many job opportunities are waiting for Ilonggos on the up coming job fair on April 11, 2006 to be conducted by the Provincial Employment Services Office (PESO) leaded by Iloilo Sports Complex Head Bombit Heller.

The said job fair is one of the highlights and major activities in the celebration of "Kaadlawan sg Iloilo." 

The job fair will be participated by Manila and locally based recruitment companies. Recruitment companies will hire applicants to work abroad without requiring any placement fees.

Organizers invited national government agencies like as Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA), Department of Labor (DOLE), Department of foreign Affairs (DFA), and Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA). These agencies will discuss issues and other related problems that overseas applicants should know.

"It's just like a one-stop shop manner of recruitment," said Heler.

From the time PESO was established in Iloilo until now, it is continuously giving job opportunities for Ilonggos.

Heler has been overjoyed for the results of their job’s fair activities since it has been established few years back.
