While these may be components of getting more done, true productivity means being able to sleep better at night, having more time to spend with family and friends, all while getting more done than ever before!
Productivity is often the key to moving ideas from creative inspiration to completed project. In Breakthrough Productivity, participants will learn the greatest secret to becoming truly productive, and strategies on how to apply that secret into their lives to increase the amount of time to do the things they really want, and to become the persons they really want to be.
Breakthrough Innovation
We have entered the age of continuous innovation. If you are not improving your products, services, systems, or mental models, you are just like the dinosaur that woke up one day and said to her husband, “Boy, it sure is cold today.” You are becoming obsolete and you don’t know it.
In this session, participants will gain clarity on the innovation cycle, and how to become a predictor of change instead of a follower. They will also participate in a number of creativity exercises that they can use on their own or with their team to increase their opportunity to see opportunity where before they saw challenge.
