Salvador P. Tan, wanted to build an agency that will be the leading provider of human resources in the healthcare sector when he founded Aspire Professional Resources Development in February 13, 2003. This obligation was put to a test in 2004 when a prospective employer based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) urgently needs 50 hotel workers. Due to time constraints in processing the documents required of applicants, the foreign employer suggested to use a visitor’s visa. Using a visitor’s visa will send the workers in the UAE fast but Aspire knows too well that this is not the legal way of deploying workers and that doing so will put the workers safety in peril. Determined to stick to their principle, Aspire politely declined to serve the manpower requirement even though the employers assured them that proper working visa will be issued to the workers one week after arriving in the UAE.

Requirements
