Job Fair at Fort Bonifacio

In commemoration of the 80th birthday of the late Senator and Foreign Affairs Secretary Blas F. Ople, the Blas F. Ople Policy Center and Training Institute will organize a one day job fair on February 2, Friday at the Central Plaza of Market! Market! mall in Fort Bonifacio  from 9am to 7pm.

 

The organizer anticipates the participation of major call centers and licensed recruitment agencies that will offer jobs in hotel, construction and engineering and conduct an on-the-spot interview and hiring.

 

Other job openings for abroad are: factory workers, domestic helpers, nurses, caregivers, shoe repair cobblers, cabinet makers, cook/chef, hotel and restaurant workers, painter/decorator, software engineers, medical staff, dental/nursing aides, stainless steel sheetmetal worker, sheet metal press operator, insulation engineers, QA/QC engineers, welders, material controller, piping engineers, etc.

 

While jobs available for local are: accountants, receptionists, administrative assistants, customer service associates, telemarketers, recruiting specialists, network engineers, payroll supervisors, training managers, Yahoo ad reviewers, sales representatives, financial customer service associates, senior application developers, IT project leaders, computer systems specialists, etc.

 

The said job fair aims to promote awareness to participants on the significance of Ople’s role in shaping the country’s labor and employment history and perpetuate in the nation’s consciousness his positive deeds and long lasting contributions to national development.

 

Proceeds of the event will be given to the Blas F. Ople Journalism Scholarship Program administered by the Ople Policy Center and Training Institute and the Samahang Plaridel.
