This is the reason why the Language Skills Institute of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority are offering free classes in English, Korean, Mandarin and Spanish language. The schedules of training are the following:
English- September 3 –
Korean- August 27 -
Mandarin- August 27 -
Spanish- September 3 -
Classes are from Monday to Friday at TESDA Complex,

Criteria for the selection of Foreign Language Programs Scholars
English: (100 slots available), Must be job-ready:
LOCAL:
Occupation:
Age Requirement: at least 18 years old
Educational Attainment: High School graduate
Must have a score of 55-69 in the Prospeak assessment
ABROAD:
Occupation: Caregiver, Household worker
Age Requirement: at least 23 years old
Must be a Caregiver or Household Service Worker NCII holder
Korean
Age Requirement: not more than 37 years old
At least high school graduate with at least 2 years work experience
Must be registered with POEA ( must present POEA Registration Card)
Spanish
Occupation: Caregiver, Household worker
Age Requirement: at least 23 years old
Must be a Caregiver or Household Service Worker NCII holder
Mandarin
Occupation: Factory worker, Caretaker
Age Requirement: at least 23 years old
