According to OWWA RWO VI Director Saul de Vries, the project is an educational grant for dependents of OFWs who have finished their contracts and have returned home but unable to go back for overseas work as well as those who suffered misfortunes, accidents, illnesses or deaths while serving abroad.

If there are labor opportunities in the United States, surely there is also a market in other part of the world such as Europe. Whether long-term or short-term employment; or low-skilled or high-skilled workers, it doesn’t matter anymore! What matters is the fact that the European countries need qualified workers to fill in the job vacancies they are offering!
