South Korea to Deport Overstaying Foreign Workers

Illegal foreign workers in South Korea who have stayed for more than four years as of March 31, 2003 must voluntary leave before November 15, 2003, otherwise, they will be fined and deported by force in accordance with the country’s related laws.
Warning Against Malaysian Syndicates

An illegal recruitment syndicate based in Malaysia is recruiting workers for alleged jobs in Australia, Canada and the United States of America. The syndicate is using Malaysia as transit point and issues fake passports and other travel documents. Several Chinese nationals were reported to have been victimized by the syndicate.
Guidelines On The Registration Of Workers-On-Leave
