Nature of Job:
Marketing assistants are part of a marketing team that analyze, plans, utilizes and develop effective marketing strategies fro the company.
Basic Tasks:
- Conceptualize and create effective marketing strategies to boost the company’s popularity and links.
- Assist the Senior Marketing Officer about making a plan.
- Develop and utilize marketing plans.
- Create a market research to find out effective strategy and plans to apply.
- Coordinate with the advertising team to create a good and effective advertisement.
- Prepare and conduct samplings such as surveys to figure out what strategy is good and bad.
- Make researches.
- Prepare and present plans.
- Conceptualize and determine projects, seminars, workshops that will benefit the company.
- Communicate with other employees of the company regarding the propose marketing plan.
Educational and Training Requirement:
- Must be a graduate of Business Management preferably major in Marketing.
- Must have taken subjects in finance, statistics and advertising.
- Must have at least 2-3 years experience as Marketing Assistant.
Skills and Competency Requirements:
- Must have wide knowledge in business management.
- Knowledge in Marketing plan, strategies and development.
- Must have creative thinking.
- Knowledge and ability to conduct samplings.
- Knowledge and ability to accommodate and persuade clients.
- Must have knowledge in creating effective campaigns and projects.
- Ability to create unique campaigns.
- Ability to communicate well with other team members.
- Must be accurate and keen to details.
- Must have wide range of knowledge in business.
- Can meet deadlines.
