Good news! Overseas Filipino workers or OFWs in Israel can now access the hassle-free balik-manggagawa online processing system for their overseas employment certificate.
If you are an OFW who would be vacationing to the Philippines and would be back to your work in Israel, there’s no need for you to go to the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) just to get an overseas employment certificate or OEC.

OFWs can now access POEA’s BM online processing system to have their OEC which they would present to the immigration officer at the airport on their departure date back to Israel.
According to Labor Secretary Rosalinda Baldoz, the Philippine Overseas Labor Office or POLO in Israel is among the four POLO offices that uses BM Online. The other three were in Singapore, Macau and Dubai.
Last January 19, BM online was launched. But OFWs will still have to pay the OEC fee at the POLO office, until other collecting facilities will be set up.
OFWs can access Balik-Manggagawa online processing system at POEA’s website and can follow these steps on how to process the balik-manggagawa OEC.
